Juhwan Kim

General Manager Process Improvement

Juhwan joined Sun Metals in 2015, working initially in the Leaching and Purification Department, before moving into the Process Improvement Department in June 2022.

In July 2024, he was appointed General Manager - Process Improvement, a role in which now he oversees our entire end-to-end operational process, driving stability, optimisation and continuous improvement across the refinery.

Throughout the expansion project from 2018 to now, Juhwan has made significant contributions to the success of our operations. His strategic insight helps guide our key decisions, ensuring our capital and operational projects are prioritised.

Juhwan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering.
