Please note that if you are an employee, you are encouraged to utilise our internal processes in the first instance, and are supported to Speak Up to your Supervisor, the HR team (hr@sunmetals.com.au) or Legal Services (integrity@sunmetals.com.au).
What happens next?
Sun Metals has established X POLICY for dealing with and resolving complaints. The policy has been developed to provide consistency and fairness when dealing with concerns or complaints.
How long will it take?
In most cases, this will be within X working days.
If your issue is complex or involves a human rights complaint, a more detailed investigation may be needed. This may take up to X working days and we will keep you informed of the progress, if needed.
