Recently we celebrated multiple team members who have dedicated more than 20 years of service to the business.

This is part of our ongoing commitment to recognising and rewarding the people who continue to drive the business forward, year after year.

The event recognised the contributions of our newest inductees into the 20 Year Club, as well as those who have reached an extraordinary 25 years of service.

The celebration served as a powerful reminder that long service is not just a measure of time, it represents enduring commitment, loyalty, mateship, and a shared dedication to achieving Sun Metals’ mission.

A memorable moment of the night was seeing Queensland Country Bank Stadium lit up in Sun Metals orange, a tribute to the legacy and contributions of our long-serving team members.

“We’re incredibly proud to work alongside individuals who have given so much to our business, our culture, and our future,” said Jessica Jenkins, HR & Communications Manager.

“Their dedication and knowledge have helped shape the Sun Metals we know today, and are helping the younger generations to continue growing the business.”

A big thank you to Brenda and William from the Dream, Believe, Achieve program at the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys, for their service during the night, and the Bishopp team, for their support in making the celebration truly memorable.
